Two Steak and Sushi Den received the Greater New Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce platinum storefront award for the month of September.

There will be a grand prize given to the ultimate best storefront out of the 10 selected this year and this award will come during the January 2012 gala. 

The Chamber announced that it would begin this competition at the group's holiday party at Umberto's. To be considered for this award, a business must be in the 11040 to 11042 zip code, be a member of the Chamber of Commerce and have a business that is visible to the public, among other things, the press release said.
