One family rang in the new year with the first little bundle of joy to be welcomed into the world at .

Nicolette Hunt was born at one second after midnight on Jan. 1. Born to parents Eleni and James of Little Neck,  Nicolette weighed in at 7 pounds and measured 20 inches.
