Community Update

As we gear up for the Holiday Season, NHPLL will be wrapping up our Fall Registration tonight -from 7 to 9 pm in our office located on the second floor of the NHP Village Hall.

In an effort to keep you informed;  I want to alert you to an Important Rule Amendment.

Little League International has decided to permit children to play in the Local Little League whose boundaries include the school they attend.  As an example, New Hyde Park Road School Student who does not live with in our league's boundaries can now play in NHPLL.  In summary,  a child must either live within in the boundary of LL or attend a school located within the boundaries of the LL to register.

Please Note - this is the only Residency change, I am emphasizing here because all Local Leagues must adhere to Residency Requirements outline by Little League International, Inc.  This includes all age divisions from our new 4 year old Rookies to our Big Leaguers, and applies to all of our neighboring Little Leagues too.

Do not hesitate to contact NHPLL with residency questions atNHPLL01@gmail.com, We will answer any questions regardless of where you live or school is located.  Our priority is that you have the correct information and to ensure your child has a great Little League experience.

On behalf of NHPLL, I would like to wish your family very Happy & Healthy Thanksgiving.

Sincerely
Nancy Gregory
NHPLL - President.
