Advanced Urology Centers of New York Doctor Appointed President-Elect of Nassau County Medical Society

Melville, NY July 29, 2013 – Michael M. Ziegelbaum, MD, FACS, Board Certified Urologist at Advanced Urology Centers of New York (AUCNY), the largest independent provider of urology services in the United States, has been elected president-elect of the Nassau County Medical Society as of July 1st. The mission of the Nassau County Medical Society is to preserve the doctor-patient relationship, to assure access to quality medical care for all, and to voice the ethical perspective of physicians in their provision of medical care.

Dr. Michael M. Ziegelbaum, of Advanced Urology Centers of New York’s Lake Success Division, is certified by the American Board of Urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is an assistant clinical professor at Hofstra North Shore – LIJ School of Medicine and is one of Castle Connolly’s 2013 Top Doctors.  Dr. Ziegelbaum currently resides in Jericho, NY.
