Based on his semester grade point average and course load, Guillermo qualifed to be in the Deans' List of Distinguished Students for the Spring semester.  He had excelled academically and shown to be a determined and highly motivated student.  (Letter send by the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education).
