Students from New Hyde Park High School ADL Program held an assembly to share their travel experiences throughout the year.
As part of an ADL Travel Training Program, the students traveled by train or bus to all five boroughs and visited places such as Yankee Stadium, Citi Field, and Central Park. This experience not only allowed them to visit historic sites, but also taught them the New York City bus and train system, as well as allowed them to eat at various restaurants.
