On June 6, Debra Stein-Silberlust conducted an important lesson with her business communications class.
While teaching a dining etiquette unit, she arranged a "mock" business breakfast meeting. The students practiced their best dining etiquette skills while honing their interpersonal skills as well.
Stein-Silberlust said, "In today's business world, a great deal of
business is conducted over a meal. In this unit of study, the students
have learned the importance of basic table manners, the table setting, and techniques to enhance conversation in different situations."
