Benefit Yard Sale Scheduled for April 26th

Garden City Bird Sanctuary/ Tanners Pond Environmental Center will host its popular, annual Benefit Yard Sale on Saturday, April 26th. All are invited to attend the free event to find that perfect item for their home or yard. Friends and neighbors will be selling antiques, collectibles, furniture, housewares, yard items, sports equipment and more.

The sale will be run by GCBS/TPEC directors, Liz Bailey and Annette Seltzer, with assistance from Suzie Alvey.

The yard sale hours are from 9 am to 3 pm. Pretty plants and flowers will also be for purchase. Refreshments available. For more information, please call Liz at 516-248-8447 or Annette at 516-414-8412. (Raindate: Sat. May 3rd)

Proceeds from the sale space rentals benefit the GCBS/TPEC, which is a 501 (c) 3 organization. Donations gratefully accepted. It’s open on Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 5pm and by appointment and is located opposite 181 Tanners Pond Road.
