Places to Watch Jets vs. Patriots in NHP Sunday

The excitement and anticipation for this Sunday’s divisional playoff game between the New York Jets and the reviled New England Patriots has sent the area’s bars and pubs into overdrive to accommodate the masses for this Sunday’s game. The rhetoric between Coaches Rex Ryan and Bill Belichick has ramped up and is leaving the fans hungry for this sure to be explosion showdown.

The pub is having some great specials for the game: $30.00 bottomless domestic drafts, $3.00 domestic pints, 30 cent “jumbo” wings (to stay only) Sports fans can enjoy the game on Classic’s 55-inch High-Definition flat screen.  After the game, patrons can shoot virtual deer on the “Big Buck Hunter” arcade game.

The spacious New Hyde Park bar has a lot to offer the area’s football fans.  They are having $4.00 Coors light aluminum cans, $3.00 Coors light pints and 25 cent wings for all NFL games.  The tavern will also be doing a raffle and giveaways for the playoffs.

New Hyde Park’s only true lounge boasts six flat screens and seven pool tables.  The house DJ spins a mix of Hip-Hop, trance and electronica as background music. For the playoff game they are serving $3.00 beers and buy two appetizers, get one free.
