Where/When: LICM, 11 Davis Ave, Garden City  – Saturday and Sunday, 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Why Go: Now your kids are welcome to make a mess somewhere other then your own house.

Pricing: $3 with museum admission. General Admission: $10, Seniors over 65: $9, Members: free, Children under one-years-old: free.

Where/When: The Ethical Humanist Society of Long Island, 38 Old Country Rd, Garden City -- Sunday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Why Go: Join Dr. Victor Schuster for a talk about how science works, science projects, The Agostinos, face painters, a graffiti wall and the "Survival of the Fittest" game.

Pricing: There is no fee, but donations will be accepted.

Where/When: – Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant is open for 24 hours a day.

Why Go: Are you looking for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or a midnight snack? Open whenever you’re hungry.
