Herricks Senior Center Celebrates 32nd Anniversary

Local government and school district officials join in celebration.

The members of the Herricks Senior Center recently celebrated their 32nd Anniversary at the Herricks Community Center.

The seniors were joined by government and school officials to commemorate the occasion, including Williston Park Mayor and former Herricks Board of Education trustee Paul Ehrbar, Herricks Seniors Bookkeeper Dawn Sarnel, Herricks School District Assistant Superintendent Helen Costigan, New York State Senator Jack Martins, Herricks Seniors Director Carol MacBride, and Nassau County Legislator Richard Nicolello.

Through the leadership of its Director, Carol MacBride, those who have served as club officers and the active support of its members, the Herricks Senior Community Center “is a bright, vibrant organization that has enhanced the lives of numerous seniors,” Nassau Legis. Richard Nicolello said in a statement.
