New Hillside Public Library Board Member Named
Richard Bursig is taking over the remainder of Pam Pursino's term.
Richard Bursig is taking over the board position that was vacated with 's passing.
Bursig, who was previously a member of the board of trustees around the time of the library's construction, will be filling the void left by Pursino through the end of her term on June 30. Bursig has also put his name in for a petition to fill this spot for a full term in this upcoming election.
He was approached by some of the board members about taking this position and decided to do so, he explained after the library board of trustees meeting Thursday night.
