Kick Off Summer 2011 at Uncle Bacala's – Annual Outdoor Italian Festival

The New Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce presents the Annual Outdoor Italian Festival.

Great fun, drinks, food, entertainment and networking.

Appetizer's: Hot Antipasto, Fried Calamari (served family style)

Choice of Salad: Caesar Salad, Mixed Greens Salad

Pasta: Penne a la Vodka, Choice of Entrée, Tilapia Oreganata, Chicken Francese, Chicken Parmigiana, Eggplant Parmigiana,

Beverages: Coffee, Tea, Soda, Beer and Wine

Dessert are served family style.

Entertainment is provided by "Piano Man" Pat Farrell - PFM Production.
