Escorts or transports patients within facility. Records patient movement in transport tracking system. Picks-up and delivers materials and equipment. Assists in performing related routine clerical duties or duties related to specialty areas of assignment.

Resident Hall Director, Adelphi

• Overall supervision of a residence hall housing 120-310 students.  
• Supervise all programming efforts in the building 
• Advise the Hall Council in its various governmental, programming, and liaison functions.  
• Serve as judicial officer in minor disciplinary incidents. 
• Act as liaison to critical campus support services such as security and physical plant.  
• Participate in a rotating emergency-on-call system with the other RHDs.  
• Implement routine administrative procedures and paperwork

• Taking minutes at meetings
• Receptionist duties
• Answering, screening, routing telephone calls; taking, delivering messages.

• Oversee the maintenance, repair and replacement of all fixed property 
• Maintain positive labor relations through the oversight of all labor relations activities within the Department.  
• Review and provide final approval of the Engineering department operating budget. 
• Ensure appropriate prioritization of maintenance work 
• Provide expert guidance and support to senior staff on significant planning and operations related decisions 
• Oversee the coordination of maintenance and construction activities with other departments to minimize interference with service. 
• Oversee and provide final approval on all force account work on the fixed plant for the various Capital Programs.

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders and engineers to understand the product vision / roadmap and translate that into the product backlog
  
• Define detailed stories with applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and technology team
• Create and manage a backlog of clearly defined and prioritized user stories
• Facilitate sizing sessions with the team
• Work closely with engineering to support the development process
• Review and approve finished development work before release into production
