Vacant Former Pet Shop Storefront on Jericho Turnpike

had everything from pets to their food. Now, the large lot located at 1335 Jericho Turnpike is for sale. The owner is looking to rent both the first floor and the second floor.

The first floor totals 15,370 sq. ft. The taxes are $4.61 per square footage. The owner is asking for $23,836 per month.

The second floor is 7,500 sq. ft  with a rent rate of also $4.61 per square footage. This floor is going for $6,631.25 per month.  

The owner says this lot would make for a great office space. There is parking on both Jericho Turnpike and the side roads as well as a municipal lot to the east on the same (north) side of Jericho Turnpike.
