Vacant Kid’s Party Store on Jericho Turnpike

used to be the headquarters for kids birthday parties in New Hyde Park. Now, the two floor storefront is up for rent.

The owner is looking to rent the main floor and the basement at 20 Jericho Turnpike as one unit. The main floor has 1,200 sq. ft. and the basement adds an extra 1,000 sq ft., giving the new renter a total of 2,200 sq. ft. to use. There is parking along Jericho Turnpike as well as a small parking lot in the back.

The taxes will be paid for by the owner and he is asking for $2,200 a month for rent. Based on the space, the owner thinks a retail store or an office would go well in the location.
