Vacant Restaurant Space at 1650 Hillside Ave.

1650 Hillside Ave. has been vacant for quite some time. According to realtor Howard Newman, it was supposed to house a restaurant, but it never opened for business. Issues among the partners have left this lot on Hillside Avenue vacant.

The lot is 2400 sq. ft. and the asking price is $6,500 a month. The store is part of a mini plaza with its own parking.

Howard does not think a restaurant would be a good fit for this vacant storefront. Instead, he suggests some type of retail store, either a boutique or a liquor store would be successful at 1650 Hillside Ave.
