There is storefront up for rent on Hillside Avenue complete with a parking lot.
Up and down Hillside Avenue there are quite a few vacant storefront and “For Rent” signs, but the storefront at 1642 Hillside Ave. has something most stores don’t have: a parking lot.
This store is part of a mini plaza with a divider separating the store and busy street. That divider also created a parking lot and although it is not as big as some of the other parking lots in New Hyde Park, there are still a few parking spots that can be utilized.
The 800 sq. ft. space is adjacent to its neighbors. It has a large viewing window next to its glass door which would be great for displays.
