Here's what you need to know today in New Hyde Park.
Here are some of the events you can participate in today:
1. Check out the girls team take on Great Neck South at 6:30 p.m. at the high school.
2. You can also check out the High School , which will include instrumental ensembles from the 10th - 12th graders.

3. The is having their regular meeting tonight at 8 p.m. at village hall. All are welcome to attend.
4. If you haven’t already noticed, we are no longer running Cheapest Gas Prices on Sunday’s, but don’t fret! Take a look at the new button we have on the Site called “Traffic & Gas.” This will provide you with a live traffic map and the latest gas prices every day of the week.

5. You may have also noticed another new button we have on the Site called “Gallery.” The New Hyde Park Patch wants to gather as many photos and videos as possible from the people in our community. Whether it is a sporting or school event, dance recital or award and anything else — we want to feature it on the Site!
