Feb. 3: Basketball, Nightlife and Gallery

The weekend’s a;lmost here and we want to start you off right with a pair of basketball games as well as a feature to help you prime your weekend planning.

Here’s what else you need to know:

1. The New Hyde Park boys varsity basketball team will go against South Side tonight at 6:30 p.m. while the Lady Gladiators will travel to South Side for a game at 7 p.m.

4. The TV show “Restaurant Hunter” will be taping a live episode at  on Friday from 7-8 p.m. The show will be a pre-Super Bowl special where a wing eating contest between Giants fans and Patriots fans will take place. Volunteers will have to eat seven of Angelina’s wings in the first level hot cause and one Insanity wing.
