Here's what you need to know today:
1. The New Hyde Park High School students will be putting on performance of Neil Simon’s comedy “45 Seconds to Broadway” tonight at 7:30 p.m. The play will be held in the auditorium and is $5 per person.
2. Herricks will play Jericho in a home wrestling match tonight starting at 6 p.m. at the Herricks Community Center.
3. The New Hyde Park Memorial girls basketball team will play South Side High School in a home game starting at 5 p.m.
4. The Hillside Library board meets tonight at 7:30 p.m. Check back with Patch later for a look at the agenda.
5. Soccertots and Lil' Sluggers is currently in its Winter I session. To sign-up for a trial class, call 631-367-9378. Sign up time is between 9:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Currently, classes are held at Island Garden Basketball Facility in West Hempstead, but there are also various locations in Nassau and Suffolk County.
