1. It’s going to be another blistery day in New Hyde Park. It is going to be a cold 26-29 degrees throughout the day, falling a little lower in the evening. There's a 30 percent chance of snow is 30 overnight.

3. Anyone who loves to knit, crochet, sew, embroider or quilt is invited to join at the . Members meet weekly from 1-3 p.m. to exchange ideas and work on projects.
