North Shore Pet of The Week: Meet Charlie

This German Shepherd mix is looking for a home.

Shy at first, but very sweet and friendly. That's how his caretakers at North Shore Animal League America describe Charlie, a German Shepherd mix.

Charlie is affectionate and very energetic young male who needs a home. If you are looking to adopt a dog who is good with kids ages 12 and up, Charlie may be a perfect fit for your family.

Charlie is already housebroken and knows the command “sit.” He would do well in a home where there is strong leadership, his caretakers say.
