Question of the Day: Christmas In Rockefeller Center

Did you watch the tree lighting ceremony Wednesday night?

Last night, NBC aired the 79th annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony from Rockefeller Center in New York City.

Hosts Al Roker and Savannah Guthrie presented performances from Tony Bennett, Carole King, Michael Buble, Katherine McPhee, Big Time Rush, Justin Bieber, Usher, Mariah Carey, The Voice's Javier Colon, The Radio City Rockettes and more.

The two-hour ceremony featured the most popular Christmas songs to warm the hundreds of people in the audience — and those watching on T.V — and to truly evoke the Christmas spirit.

And at 8:58 p.m., the tree was lit up with the help of NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and looked as beautiful as always.
