Wednesdays, August 6, 13, 20, 27 – 11am                                                                                                                  Everyone
takes a fall at one time or another – some with more drastic results than
others.  The first lecture in the series
which takes place at Hillside Public Library155 Lakeville Rd., New Hyde Park,
NY 11040(516) 355-7850, x301, 304; www.hillsidelibrary.info will address  some of the steps you can take to reduce the
risk of falling or injury. The remaining sessions will  teach you simple exercises that can increase
your resilience and balance. Registration
begins Wednesday, July 9, 10am, by phone or email programs@hillsidelibrary.info (please have your HPL barcode available to register)

It is
recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes to the program.
