Meet Frank Lazzaro in person at his one-hour seminar on decorating The White House with a seasonal tour of floral design photographs taken from White House State Dinners and during the holidays during the Ford, Carter and Reagan Administrations. View original White House photos and learn a few “floral design tips” as Frank demonstrates how to create a lovely seasonal centerpiece fit for a White House table that will be raffled off to a lucky winner.
