Burglary at Angelina's

A former employee took cash from the at-the-time closed business.

Thomas Mitrakos, a 23-year-old former employee of , was caught on security cameras taking cash from the business on Monday at about 3:30 a.m., according to a report from the .

Mitrakos used a key he got after he was fired to open Angelina's front door and take an undisclosed amount of money from two cash registers.

He is being charged with burglary in the third degree after being identified on the security cameras and he will be arraigned Tuesday in Hempstead.
