Nassau County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a West Hempstead man who was last seen at 7:50 p.m. Monday.

Eric Aquino, 30, was last spotted on Junard Boulevard at 7:50 p.m. It's unknown what he was wearing or which direction he was going. He's described as 5-foot-10, 130 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Click here to read the full story.

2 Nassau Sheriffs Charged with Perjury

John Andujar and Joseph Donlon were arrested Monday D.A. investigators and charged in a felony indictment that could land them behind bars for up to seven years, said Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice. 

The pair are charged with felony counts of perjury and making an apparently sworn false statement, and misdemeanor counts of official misconduct, making a punishable false written statement and conspiracy. Click here to read the full story.

Cops: Slomin's Delivery Man Robbed at Gunpoint

Nassau Detectives said while a Slomin's Oil employee was making a delivery, his employer was approached by three men and was thrown to the ground. The man, 49-years-old, reportedly had a handgun pressed to the back of his head and heard one of the men say, "Where's the money?" The other subjects went through the victim's pockets and took an unknown amount of cash, cops said. Click here to read the full story.

Cops: Bicyclist in Critical Condition After Baldwin Accident

A man is in critical condition after he was struck by a car in Baldwin early Saturday morning, according to Nassau County Police.

Detectives said the victim, an unidentified 38-year-old, was riding his bicycle east on Grand Terrace Avenue in Baldwin when he was struck by a car. The 2010 Toyota was driven by a 45-year-old female and was northbound on Grand Avenue, cops said. Click here to read the full story.
