Police investigated Quick Stop Mini Mart on New Hyde Park Road and arrested Harinder Singh, of New Hyde Park, for selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor.

Glen Cove

A 19-year-old male was arrested for aggravated criminal contempt, unlawful imprisonment (second degree) and assault (third degree) on Grove Street on Sept. 13.

A 19-year-old male was arrested for escape (second degree) on Bridge Street on Sept. 13

Garden City

A Nassau Boulevard resident reported that she had been awakened by a noise and then saw a man in the doorway of her bedroom. She told the Nassau County police that the man told her he was looking for someone. She persuaded him to step outside the residence and then locked the door and called police. Officers responded and found the 22-year-old man from Ozone Park, on the property of the residence, and placed him under arrest for burglary. He was intoxicated and had apparently urinated on the floor when inside the house.

Four lawn statues valued at $100 each were removed from the rear yard of a Kensington Road residence on Sept. 20.

Rockville Centre

A complainant from Maine Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) debited $600 from her Chase account without authorization, reported Sept.20.

A complainant from Lee Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) debited $1,006.00 from her Chase account without authorization, reported Sept.20.
