Famed lawyer Dominic Barbara tried to choke his girlfriend at has Wiliston Park home,  authorities said.

Barbara, whose clients have included Massapequa residents Joey Buttafuoco and Jessica Hahn, was busted at the home Sunday night at 11 p.m.

Kalenka Sentencing Adjourned

Raymond Kalenka, the Williston Park man charged in the fatal hit-and-run that claimed the life of Grimaldi's pizza manager Dean LaLima in August 2012, is expected to be sentenced Oct. 17.
