Swastika Drawn on Manor Oak's Sidewalk

A swastika, among other things, was drawn on the rear walkway of the on July 24 at around 8:30 p.m., according to a report from the .

In addition to drawing the swastika, the person's initials were drawn in the sidewalk and roof tar was spread over a set of metal doors and windows. 

A sixteen-year-old from New Hyde Park has been charged with third degree criminal mischief, making graffiti and first degree aggravated harassment after plainclothes officers found him.

The person allegedly responsible will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on August 4.
