Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Events

Here's a list of events you can attend this weekend.

If you had a dream to better the future, would you express it?

We all know Martin Luther King, Jr. did and it is because of this influential American civil rights leader’s efforts that racial equality was eventually achieved in the United States.

His birthday is celebrated on the third Monday of every January as a Federal Holiday — and there are some ways you can celebrate this weekend, too.
