Nassau County Executive was called away this morning by Chuck Schumer, and instead his wife, Linda, took his place in announcing the new Executive's Community Pass.
The pass allows Nassau County residents to purchase discounted tickets to Disney On Ice presents Dare to Dream performances at the Nassau Coliseum on Jan. 6 for $10 a ticket on all originally priced $25-$35 seats.
Linda Mangano, accompanied , visited in New Hyde Park to make this announcement in her husband's absence, and she read the story of The Little Mermaid to 25 three and four-year-old children.
The children were also treated to a surprise guest appearance from Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.

Ask security guard for a ticket. One ticket is good for eight guests. Right now the pass is good for two events, but they are expecting to do more events in the future.
