New Hyde Park Trash Collection Schedule for Election Day 2013
Special schedule for trash collection in New Hyde Park the week of November 4-8.
New Hyde Park village offices will be open on Tuesday, Nov., 5, 2013 in observance of Election Day.
The holiday collection schedule for this week is as follows:
- No garbage collection on the South Side and no newspaper collection on the North Side on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013.
- Garbage collection for the south side and newspapers for the North Side will be collected on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013 along will recyclables for the entire village.
Residents and businesses are reminded to kindly respect others and do not place refuse on the street for pickup on undesignated days.
