Denton Avenue Musicians Bring Home 2013 NYSSMA, All County Awards
Herricks band, orchestra and chorus members earned NYSSMA medals in solo festival.
The Denton Avenue School band, orchestra and chorus members recently earned NYSSMA medals in the solo festival this spring.
Members of the Denton brass, woodwind, string, vocal, piano and percussion groups also earned NYSSMA and All-County Music Awards during the 2012-2013 school year.
These students have practiced many hours to prepare for these festivals. Each child is to be commended for their participation and success!
