Denton Kindergarteners Celebrate 100th Day of School

Herricks students participate in math activities to mark milestone in 2012-13 school year.

The kindergarten classes at Denton Avenue School in the Herricks School District celebrated the 100th Day of School by participating in math activities designed to reinforce math concepts and skills.

Cleverly disguised as Centenarians, the children participated in center activities and games designed to reinforce Kindergarten CCSS: counting by 1 and 10’s to 100.

Parents, students and teachers enjoyed a wonderful 100th day at the school.
