Eating Disorders – Recognition and Treatment

The  Hillside Public Library is partnering with the Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children’s Medical Center (formerly Schneider’s Children’s Hospital at LIJ) to serve as an outreach venue for programs for children and adults  sponsored by the hospital. 

We are pleased to be able to provide this service to our community and look forward to the first lecture offered on “Eating Disorders – Recognition and Treatment” by Linda Riker Filiberto, RN, MSN, NPP, Clinical Coordinator. As this is something affecting many young people today, we hope the New Hyde Park community will take advantage of the opportunity to learn more about these disorders.
