Herricks Orchestras Awarded Honors at 2012 KPALI Music Competition

Musicians from Searingtown, middle and high schools honored.

On Saturday, October 27 the Searingtown Chamber Orchestra (Andrea Somma, director), Middle School Chamber Orchestra (Krista Weis, director) and Herricks High School Chamber Orchestra (Robin Maddox, director) were awarded top honors and monetary awards for their great musical achievement at the KPALI (Korean Parents Association of Long Island) Music Competition.

Some of the prize money will be donated to help those who are in need.
