The welcomed three new professionals into the permanent staff, granting them tenure status at the June 11 meeting of the board of education at the .
All faculty members at the , the newly tenured individuals are special education teacher Kelly Warch, school psychologist Dr. Robyn Kurasaki and elementary teacher Lauren Casciano.
Each of the teachers received a pin presented by Superintendent Robert Katulak, who read an inscription: “You are an inspiration, teaching with skill and imagination, playing many important roles, guiding youngsters forward to their goals. We present you this pin for tenure tonight because it’s clear you make our schools special throughout the year.”
