Philharmonic students display musical talents for board of education members.
Following performances for the annual spring concerts, the string orchestras from each of the various buildings were invited before the New Hyde Park-Garden City Park Board of Education last Monday for yet another performance at the .
Steven Siracusa, strings teacher at the and Mary Eileen McNamee, strings teacher at and schools, each led their respective orchestras with works including “Pachelbel Canon” and “Clog Dance” by Elliot Del Borgo, respectively.
