The 2012-13 tax levy – what the District will ask the community to contribute – would be $28,150,071, an increase of $788,224 over 2011-12, or 2.88 percent, which is in keeping with the state-imposed tax levy cap.
The budget keeps all programs, services and activities intact as well as . Class sizes are also maintained in the budget.

In 2012-13 the district expects to implement the common core learning standards as well as purchase 30 computer workstations for the expansion of the computer labs at the and s. It will also implement its new Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR) plan as submitted to the state. Other assessments associated with the “Race to the Top” and response to intervention initiatives will also begin as will the integration of thematic curriculum units.
