North Hempstead Beach Park Concerts

THE BLUE MEANIES – July 10 at 1:00pm. The Blue Meanies is one of the most popular British Invasion tribute bands to hit the area, featuring music of The Monkees, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and other popular 70s bands. The band infuses these classic songs, along with their own sound, to create a fresh approach appealing to all listeners.

AN OLDIES MUSIC DOUBLE FEATURE – July 17 at 1:00pm. The Oldies music double features the NY Exceptions opening for The Tokens. Singer Jay Siegel from the fame of The Lion Sleeps Tonight will be performing with The Tokens. The Tokens are an internationally acclaimed group that, with the help of The Lion Sleeps Tonight, topped the charts within the top 200 out of 365 records of all time.

BODY HEAT – July 24, at 1:00pm. Body Heat is a wedding band that has been performing for the past 20 years for Frank Sinatra, Barbara Streisand, and many others. Their combination of instruments, plus the soulful vocals and top quality music allows for Body Heat to be an instant success.

MISS BABS & THE KICKIN’ BOOGIE BAND – August 7 at 1:00pm. Miss Babs & The Kickin’ Boogie Band incorporates country music with a spice for high-powered, foot-stomping music and heart-felt ballads. Country and swing music come together and allow audiences the opportunity to enjoy a truly unique experience.

RAGDOLL – August 21 at 1:00pm.
Ragdoll is a tribute band to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. The singer, Eddy Rezzonico brings to Frankie Valli back to life with his falsetto voice and similar
backgrounds.
