Off their championship run this summer, the New Hyde Park Bluedevils defeated the Garden City Destroyers recently, putting their fall record at 5-0.
In the first game, the final score was 9-4 and the winning pitcher, Michael Parasconda, was a big help in the game both on the mound and with the bat delivering a big bases loaded triple to extend the lead.
Niko Rullo and Kyle Cajigas scored two runs apiece.

In the second game, Doug Obidienzo pitched a complete game five hitter for a 6-2 win. Obidienzo has been the workhorse for the Bluedevils to run his fall record to 3-0. NHP scored four runs in the first; Parasconda, Zack Reifschneider, Niko Rullo, Brandon LaFroscia all scored. LaFroscia, Cajigas and Dylan Savarese driving in the runs to set the tone in the game. Brennan Lee added two singles and a run scored for the Bluedevils.
