New Hyde Park Little League Wins Boys 9/10 NY District 29 Championship

New Hyde Park Little League has a strong history of championships, just last year the Girls softball went to the Little League Softball World Series and the boys majors division won the district title. Now the lil' guys proved they can follow in their footsteps.
For the first time in the history of the New Hyde Park Little League the boys minors division won NY District 29 Championship in a stunning victory over Franklin Square this past Friday night.

New Hyde Park clearly dominated the tournament with their pitching and offensive attack beating Garden City South, Floral Park and Franklin Square twice.
The boys will now advance to NY Section 5 Tournament beginning this Saturday at Rath Park.
