Chris Filippelli is an Associate Broker for Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island, Inc. specializing in landlord/tenant representation.

Mr. Filippelli began his tenure with C&W in 2011 as a Market Research Analyst where he closely monitored the Long Island real estate market. He routinely provided accurate and reliable statistical data across C&W service lines including Brokerage and Capital Markets. In addition, he was responsible for the compilation and development of quarterly market reports for both the office and industrial sectors.

Mr. Filippelli was born and raised in Manhasset, New York and holds Bachelor’s of Science degree from Hofstra University in Business Economics. Being conscious of our community and environment, he is an active member of CWFL (Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders) Group and the Surfrider Foundation.
